Michigan Progressive is a grassroots media organization that provides commentary, analysis, and reporting on progressive politics in Michigan. There are too few outlets for serious discussion of progressive politics in Michigan. We are working to change that.
The last several years have shown a clear bias from the news media in their coverage of progressive politics, especially the Bernie Sanders campaign. Unfortunately, the media has a strong tendency to reflect the establishment narrative. At Michigan Progressive, we are committed to holding those in power accountable and providing a voice for the voiceless.
